单斜构造工作面刮板运输机上窜下滑控制技术

Study on Control Technology of Scraper Conveyor Flying and Down Sliding Under Monoclinal Structure Face

摘要: 陈四楼煤矿21401综采工作面呈单斜构造,两巷落差将近57m,工作面坡度平均16.5°。通过多角度分析了刮板运输机上窜下滑产生的原因和危害,并结合现场给出了刮板运输机上窜下滑的判断依据,针对性提出了控制刮板运输机上窜下滑的技术措施,保障了煤炭资源安全高效的回采。

Abstract: Chensilou coal mine 21401 fully mechanized working face showed monoclinal structure, two-roadway fall head nearly 57 m, the average slope of workface is 16.5 °. Through the multi-angle analysis of the reasons and harm of flying and down sliding, targeted put forward the technical measures to control the scraper conveyor flying and down sliding,ensure the safety and high efficiency of coal resources. By summarizing the relevant experience, for fully-mechanized face under similar conditions to control the scraper conveyor flying and down sliding to provide good technical support.
